Communities
A group with somewhere to actually live.
Start one around what you already do, or find one near you. Every community gets four tabs and keeps them for good.
- Feed, Events, Members and Memories — the four tabs every community has.
- A public community shows its return rate — how much of it keeps coming back — next to its distance from you.
- Events are organised by communities, so members always know who is behind them.
Ticketed events
Limited spots, and a door that knows who is in.
An open event is an invitation to your members. A ticketed event is a limited run, with a pass each guest shows at the door.
- Organisers scan passes at the door and watch issued, admitted and waiting move in real time.
- A guest can release a spot they cannot use, and it opens up again for someone else to take.
- An event is free, or it has a price. A priced ticket is paid through Avokindo, and the organiser is paid out afterwards.
Artists & venues
The two halves of a night that has to be booked.
An artist publishes a profile and says what they are open to. A venue claims its listing and takes requests. Communities find both.
- Artists — genres, followers, a gallery, upcoming dates, and Open for Collaborations or Open for Residency when they are.
- Venues — capacity, check-ins, regulars, what the place is known for, and a Request a booking button.
- A recurring slot is a residency, and it holds its own sessions.
Verification
Verification unlocks actions, not membership.
A new account starts unverified and stays that way until it reaches something that needs more. Here is the whole rule.

The order is fixed: the photo is checked against the face scan, so the scan always comes first. Nothing in the app asks a browsing account to verify, and plenty of accounts never do.
